Question 1

How long does it take to repair my smartphone?

Accepted Answer

Most repairs are completed on the same day, often in less than 2 hours. For more complex jobs like data recovery or motherboard replacement, turnaround is 24–48 hours.

Question 2

What warranty do you offer on repairs?

Accepted Answer

All standard repairs come with a 3-month warranty. Motherboard repairs carry an extended 6-month warranty.

Question 3

Do you use original or compatible spare parts?

Accepted Answer

We use high-quality certified parts — in many cases OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), the same components used in production.

Question 4

Can I lose my data during the repair?

Accepted Answer

For almost all repairs your data remains intact. Only for particularly invasive operations might a reset be required, and we always inform you in advance.

Question 5

How can I track my repair?

Accepted Answer

When you drop off your device you receive a unique tracking code. You can enter it in the "Track" section of the website to see your repair's current status in real time.

Question 6

Do you repair smartphones with water damage?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Liquid damage is treated with a professional chemical cleaning process. The cleaning is mandatory and charged — the cost varies depending on the device. Only after cleaning do we carry out the diagnosis and let you know whether a repair is possible and what it would cost.

Question 7

Do I need to book an appointment?

Accepted Answer

Not for standard repairs — you can bring your device directly to the shop during opening hours.

Question 8

What happens if the device cannot be repaired?

Accepted Answer

Diagnosis is always free. If the device turns out to be unrepairable, we tell you clearly and don't charge anything.

Question 9

Do you repair tablets, MacBooks and other devices?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In addition to smartphones we work on tablets (iPad and Android), laptops, MacBooks and other personal electronic devices.
